A team of Rwampara district leadership set off to Isingiro District for a one day learning visit to the different district departments in a way to benchmark and improve their performance . The team was led by Rwampara District Chairperson, CAO, Honorable Councilors and heads of departments. This exposure visit will help participants  learn from peer departments and identify areas where they need to fix back in their respective departments and offices. Among the areas of interest during the visit included ;transitional management,financial management/ local revenue collection,capacity building/ career growth opportunities, tourism potential, physical planning ,challenges, staff development as well as work based learning among others.   Overtime, the best practices learnt during the visit will be replicated in the respective departments to facilitate their speedy transformation into offices of  excellence  within Rwampara district.
